Abstract
Цель: оценка эффективности применения симбиотика «Флувир®» в профилактике частых респираторных заболеваний у детей и его влияния на показатели состояния иммунной системы. Пациенты и методы. Под наблюдением находились 47 детей в возрасте от 3 до 6 лет с частыми повторными острыми респираторными инфекциями (ЧБД). Все ЧБД получали «Флувир®» по два саше в день на протяжении четырех недель. Группу контроля составили 30 эпизодически болеющих ОРИ детей. В ходе работы использовали методы клинического наблюдения и лабораторные исследования. Результаты. Исследование показало клиническую и профилактическую эффективность пробиотического препарата «Флувир®». В основе профилактического действия «Флувира®» лежит активация механизмов продукции антимикробных пептидов и восстановление эубиотического состояния микрофлоры слизистой оболочки респираторного тракта. Выводы. Снижение респираторной заболеваемости, облегчение течения клинических симптомов ОРВИ на фоне приема «Флувира®» являются основанием для его включения в программу профилактики и реабилитации ЧБД. Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of «Fluvir» preparation in the prevention of frequent respiratory diseases in children and its impact on the indices of the immune system state. Patients and methods. A total of 47 children in the age from 3 to 6 years with frequent recurrent acute respiratory infections (FIC) were under observation. All FIC had received Fluvir by two sachets per day for four weeks. The control group consisted of 30 children occasionally ill by ARI. During the course were used the methods of the clinical observations and laboratory tests. Results. The study showed a clinical and preventive efficacy of the probiotic preparation «Fluvir». At the heart of preventive action of Fluvir is the activation of production mechanisms of antimicrobial peptides and restore eubiotic state of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract microflora. Conclusions. Reducing of respiratory disease morbidity, alleviation of clinical symptoms of ARVI in patients due to the receiving Fluvira is the basis for its inclusion in the program of prevention and rehabilitation of FIC.
