Abstract
Враховуючи велику поширеність, хронічний перебіг, різноманітність клінічних форм оніхомікозів та високу частоту розвитку ускладнень, актуальною є розробка комплексних методів лікування на основі вивчення структурних змін нігтьових пластин. Вивчені і виділені переваги поєднаної комплексної терапії хворих на оніхомікози з використанням системних антимікотиків і вітамінного препарату «Волвіт». Отримані результати клінічних, молекулярних, мікологічних і апаратних методів дослідження дозволяють відмітити, що розроблений комплекс є ефективним і безпечним у застосуванні, дозволяє досягти клінічного й етіологічного вилікування. Taking into account large prevalence, chronic course, variety of clinical forms of onychomycoses and high frefrequency of development of the complications, the urgent research issue is development of integrated methods of the treatment on basis of studying the structural changes of nail plates. The advantages of the integrated therapy of patients with onychomycosis with the use of systemic antimycotic agents and vitamin preparation “Volvit” have been studied and marked out. The obtained results of clinical, molecular, mycology and hardware investigation techniques allow marking that the worked out treatment package is effective and safe in application; allow attaining clinical and etiologic recovery.
