Abstract
Представлено сучасні данні, присвячені комплексному дослідженню рецидивів розацеа, їх причин та прогнозування. Показано роль причинних факторів, серед яких особливу увагу приділено перебігу дерматозу, психоемоційним порушенням, змінам вегетативної нервової системи, мікробного пейзажу та імунного статусу хворих. Досліджено 80 хворих на розацеа, серед яких 60 хворих - з рецидивом захворювання та 20 -із вперше виявленим процесом. Також було обстежено 20 практично здорових людей (контрольна група). Виявлені зміни свідчать, що рецидиви розацеа проходять більш злоякісно, мають більш тяжкий перебіг та свої особливості. Данні свідчать про важливість раннього виявлення патогенетичних змін для прогнозування перебігу захворювання, проведення лікування, направленого на корекцію виявлених порушень, та запобігання розвитку рецидивів. The modern data devoted to the comprehensive study of the relapses of rosacea, their causes and prediction have been presented. The role of causal factors has been shown, among which a special attention has been paid to the dermatosis’ course, psycho-emotional disorders, changes in the autonomic nervous system, in microbial landscape and the immune status of patients. 80 patients with rosacea, among which 60 patients with recurrent disease and 20 with newly diagnosed process have been examined; 20 healthy individuals (control group) have been examined too. The revealed changes testify that recurrences of rosacea occur more malignant, have a more severe course and their own characteristics. The data indicate the importance of early detection of pathogenic changes to predict the course of the disease, carrying out the treatment aimed at correction of revealed violations, and prevent recurrence.
