Abstract
На сьогоднішній день, не зважаючи на удосконалення підходу до ведення хворих з АГ, у окремих категорій пацієнтів лишається незадовільним контроль артеріального тиску. Особливу актуальність ця проблема має при поєднанні АГ та ХОЗЛ в зв’язку із особливостями перебігу та складністю в діагностиці. Завдяки використанню метода добового моніторування можлива об’єктивізація профілю АТ протягом доби і діагностика АГ на якісно новому рівні. У пацієнтів із поєднанням АГ та ХОЗЛ існують певні особливості клінічного перебігу, які можливо визначити за допомогою добового моніторування АТ. Виявлена пряма залежність між профілем АТ, клінічними групами ХОЗЛ, а також часом його виникненням відносно АГ.To date, despite the improved approach to managing patients with AH, control of blood pressure remains unsatisfactory in some categories of patients. This problem is particularly topical when combined with AH and COPD depending to the peculiarities of the flow and the difficulty in their diagnosis. Depending to the use of the 24-hour monitoring method, it is possible to objectify the true blood pressure profile during the day and diagnose AH at a qualitatively new level. In patients with a combination of AH and COPD, there are certain features of the clinical course that can be determined with the use of 24-hour BP monitoring. A direct relationship between the profile of blood pressure, the clinical groups of COPD, as well as the time of its onset with hypertension was revealed.
