Abstract
Локалізована склеродермія відноситься до захворювань сполучної тканини шкіри, що вражають шкіру та підшкірну клітковину. В останні часи спостерігається зростання захворюваності на склеродермію. Причини захворювання не встановлені, проте доведена висока частота хромосомних аномалій та асоціацій з антигенами гістосумісності. Єдиної класифікації захворювання немає, однак виділяють системну та вогнищеву форми. Лікування хворих на склеродермію має бути індивідуальним, комплексним, відповідати стадії склеродермічного процесу. Антибіотикотерапія зазвичай використовується на перших стадіях розвитку дерматозу.Localized scleroderma refers to diseases of the connective tissue of the skin affecting the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Recently there has been an increase in the incidence of scleroderma. The causes of the disease are not ascertained, however high frequency of chromosomal anomalies and association with antigens of histocompatibility is proved. There is no unified classification of the disease, but its systemic and focal forms are singled out. The treatment of patients with scleroderma should be individual, integrated, should meet the stage of the scleroderma process. Antibiotic therapy is commonly used in the early stages of the dermatosis development.
