Abstract
Описано клінічний випадок хворої з діагнозом – генералізований тривожний розлад (F41.1); перелом кісток носа травматичного ґенезу (S02.2). Даний випадок демонструє типові особливості формування тривожного розладу на тлі травматичного пошкодження кісток носа. Встановлено, що синдром дисморфофобії в межах тривожного розладу, який складається з тривоги і упередженості щодо неіснуючих або незначних дефектів зовнішнього вигляду, за думкою спеціалістів, зустрічається у більшості випадків та значно ускладнює реадаптаційний процес у даного контингенту хворих. Планування лікувальних та реабілітаційних програм повинно мати комплексний характер та враховувати не лише перебіг оперативного втручання, ефект від нього, а й психоемоційний стан хворого та його ставлення до захворювання. A clinical case of the patient with the diagnosis – generalized anxiety disorder (F41.1); fracture of the bones of nose of traumatic genesis (S02.2) is described. This case demonstrates typical features of formation of anxiety disorder on the background of a traumatic injury to the bones of nose. It has been established, in the judgment of the experts, that dysmorphophobia syndrome within the bounds of anxiety disorder, which consists of anxiety and prejudice against non-existent or minor defects of appearance, occurs in most cases. This greatly complicates the re-adaptation process in this cohort of patients. The planning of treatment and rehabilitation programs should be comprehensive and take into account not only the course of the surgical intervention, the effect of it, but also the psycho-emotional state of the patient and his attitude to the disease.
