Abstract

у статті наведений докладний аналіз судово-медичних літературних джерел, на підставі якого слід дійти до висновку про те, що загальноприйнятого поняття автомобільної травми на даний час не існує, до того ж, будь-яке сформульоване визначення автомобільної травми страждає неповнотою. Автори підкреслюють необхідність розробки універсального поняття автомобільної травми, як для судово-медичних експертів, так і для експертів інших галузей знань, насамперед, експертів – транспортних трасологів. to the article the detailed analysis of medico-legal literary sources, on the basis of that it follows to reach to the conclusion that the generally accepted concept of motor-car trauma does not exist on this time, is driven, besides, any set forth determination of motor-car trauma suffers incompleteness. Authors underline the necessity of development of universal concept of motor-car trauma, both for medico-legal experts and for the experts of other areas of knowledge, first of all, experts - transport tracers.
