Abstract
Проведено изучение уровня катехоламинов и ДОФА в мягких тканях головы 33 экспериментальных животных, которым оперативным путем было нанесено раздражение левого верхнего шейного симпатического узла. После выведения животных из опыта исследована концентрация биогенных аминов в тканях верхней и нижней губы, а также языка кроликов. На стороне раздражения ВШСУ отмечено повышение уровня адреналина, норадреналина и дофамина, что сопровождалось сосудистыми и нервными реакциями. Levels of catecholamines and DOPA in the soft tissues of head of 33 experimental animals, who underwent surgical irritation of the left upper cervical ganglion (UCSG) was studied. After removal animals from the experiment, the concentration of biogenic amines in the tissues of the upper and lower lips and tongue of rabbits was investigated. On the side of irritation the increase in epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine levels was noted; this was accompanied by vascular and nervous reactions.
