Abstract

В статье предложены принципы оценки реабилитационного потенциала у инвалидов вследствие вирусного гепатита С. Основными факторами, влияющими на реабилитационный потенциал, являются активность воспалительного процесса, вирусная нагрузка, эффективность проводимой противовирусной терапии, наличие и степень выраженности фиброза печени, приверженности пациентов к лечению и модификации образа жизни, возраст, уровень образования и наличие сопутствующих заболеваний, а также социальный статус пациента. Реабилитационный потенциал служит основой индивидуальной программы реабилитации инвалидов. Авторы подчеркивают важность определения реабилитационного потенциала в практике медикосоциальной экспертизы, учитывая его высокие прогностические характеристики для степени возможного восстановления биопсихосоциального статуса инвалида и интеграции его в общество. The principles of rehabilitation potential evaluation in persons with disabilities as a result of hepatitis C are proposed in the article. The main factors that influence the rehabilitation potential is an active inflammatory process, viral load, antiviral therapy effectiveness, the presence and severity of hepatic fibrosis, patients' adherence to treatment and lifestyle modifications, age, level of education and the presence of comorbidities, as well as the social status of the patient. Rehabilitation potential is the basis of individual rehabilitation programs. The authors emphasize the importance of determining the rehabilitation potential in the practice of medical and social expertise, given its high degree of prognostic characteristics for possible recovery biopsychosocial status of a disabled person and his integration into society.
