Abstract

В статті розглянуто показання та протипоказання до використання антикоагулянтів непрямої дії. Представлені європейські та американські рекомендації щодо ведення пацієнтів з високим ризиком розвитку тромбоемболічних ускладнень: фібриляцією передсердь, вадами серця, серцевою недостатністю, хворих після реконструктивних операцій на клапанах серця (механічними та біопротезами), методи профілактики венозних тромбозів. Підготовка пацієнтів, які приймають варфарин, до планового оперативного втручання. Тактика ведення пацієнтів при виникненні ускладнень. The article reviews indications and contra-indications to application of anticoagulants of indirect action. European and American recommendations are presented on the conduct of patients with height risk of development of thromboembolic events: atrial fibrillation, valvular heart disease, heart failure, patients after surgery of cardiac valves (mechanic and biovalves), methods of prophylaxis of venous thromboses. Preparation of patients, which accept warfarin, to the planned operative treatment. Tactic of conduct of patients at development of complications.
