Abstract

Сучасна сфера охорони здоров’я висуває високі вимоги до підготовки фахівців,здатних ефективно адаптуватися до змінних умов і викликів.Мета роботи – аналіз впливу інноваційних мотиваційних програм наакадемічні досягнення здобувачів вищої медичної освіти, зокрема здатності цихпрограм зацікавлювати учасників освітнього процесу, покращувати засвоєннязнань і підтримувати розвиток клінічних навичок.Результати. Проведений аналіз показав значну позитивну кореляцію міжупровадженням інноваційних мотиваційних програм та покращеннямакадемічних досягнень здобувачів освіти. Зокрема, гейміфіковане освітнєсередовище демонструє покращення збереження знань і підвищення ентузіазмудо навчання. Програми менторства асоціюються зі зниженням рівня стресу,вищими показниками академічної наполегливості та покращенням оцінок.Використання професійно орієнтованих тематичних досліджень сприяєрозвитку критичного мислення, навичок прийняття рішень і впевненостіздобувачів вищої освіти в розв’язанні реальних медичних ситуацій.Висновки. Дослідження підтверджує трансформаційний потенціалінноваційних мотиваційних програм у медичній освіті. Вони сприяютьрозв’язанню специфічних проблем, з якими стикаються здобувачі освіти у сферіохорони здоров’я, розвиваючи їх залученість, стійкість і цілеспрямованість.Запровадження таких стратегій в освітні програми медичних закладів ізпостійним оцінюванням їх ефективності є важливим для задоволення сучаснихосвітніх вимог і потреб галузі охорони здоров’я. Ці результати слугуютьосновою для подальшого вдосконалення освітніх підходів і підготовкивисококваліфікованих та мотивованих медичних працівників. Abstract. The article examines the impact of innovative motivational programson the academic achievements of higher medical education students. This issue isrelevant given the complex nature of medical training and the key role of motivation inpromoting academic success and professional development. The modern healthcaresector places high demands on training specialists who can effectively adapt tochanging conditions and challenges.The study's purpose is to analyse the impact of innovative motivationalprogrammes on the academic achievements of higher medical education students, inparticular, their ability to interest participants in the educational process, improveknowledge acquisition, and support the development of clinical skills. Results. The analysis showed a significant positive correlation betweenintroducing innovative motivational programs and the improvement ofstudents'students' academic achievement. In particular, gamified learningenvironments demonstrate improved knowledge retention and increased enthusiasmfor learning. Mentoring programs are associated with lower stress levels, higher levelsof academic perseverance, and improved grades. Using professionally oriented casestudies contributes to developing critical thinking and decision-making skills andhigher education students' confidence in solving real medical situations.Conclusions. The study confirms the transformational potential of innovativemotivational programs in medical education. They contribute to solving specificproblems faced by healthcare students, developing their engagement, resilience, andpurposefulness. Implementing such strategies in the curricula of healthcare institutionswith ongoing evaluation of their effectiveness is important to meet the currenteducational requirements and needs of the healthcare industry. These results serve asa basis for further improvement of educational approaches and training of highlyqualified and motivated healthcare professionals.
