Abstract

Узагальнено сучасні погляди на етіологію, патогенез, особливості клінічного перебігу андрогенетичної алопеції (АГА). Проведено докладний аналіз механізмів виникнення й розвитку захворювання, розглянуті основні сигнальні фактори, що контролюють цикл росту волосяного фолікула при АГА. Викладено сучасні методи діагностики й комплексної фармакологічної корекції дерматозу. Current views on etiology, pathogenesis, peculiarities of the androgenetic alopecia (AGA) clinical course are generalized. The detailed analysis of mechanisms of the disease onset and development is carried out, the basic signaling factors controlling the hair follicle growth cycle under AGA are considered. The basic methods of diagnostics and complex pharmacological correction of the dermatosis are presented.
