Abstract
Кошти на діючи регіональні цільові програми виділяються не на вирішення конкретної мети, а на певну організацію (головного розпорядника). У всіх програмах забезпечена наявність тільки показників витрат, які в умовах невизначеності обсягів фінансування програм планувалися від можливостей і досягнутого рівня. Стаття призначена вдосконаленню процесу управління цільовими програмами. Описано досвід планування цільової програми розвитку малого підприємництва у Дніпропетровській області. Funds for the existing regional target program were not allocated for the decision of specific targets, and on a specific organization (the main administrator). In all programs made available only for costs that the uncertainty of the amount of funding planned from the possibilities and the achieved level. This article is intended to improve the process of managing the target programs. Describes the planning experience of the target program of development of small business in the Dnipropetrovsk region using Ms Project.
