Abstract
Статья является кратким обзором литературы по теме развития суицидов у больных эпилепсией, принимающих с лечебной целью различные антиэпилептические препараты (АЭП). Отмечено косвенное влияние АЭП на развитие суицидов при эпилепсии. Факторы, предрасполагающие к развитию этих психопатологических состояний с возможным развитием суицидов в условиях фармакотерапии АЭП, разделяются на три типа: связанные с реакцией личности больного на проявления эпилепсии, связанные непосредственно с эпилепсией, и связанные преимущественно с фармакотерапией АЭП. Наиболее активно суицидальную настроенность у больных эпилепсией вызывают фенобарбитал, вигабатрин, меньшую активность обнаруживают топирамат, габапентин, леветирацетам, а минимальной активностью в отношении провокации суицидов при эпилепсии обладают карбамазепин, вальпроаты. The article is a brief review of the literature on suicide in patients with epilepsy taking with the therapeutic effect of various anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs). Noted indirect effects of AEDs on the development of suicide in epilepsy. Sui-cidal tendencies occur when the development and strengthening of the jet trilogy on the frequency of seizures, the activation of other manifestations of the disease, with depression, psychosis in patients with epilepsy under the influ-ence of AEDs. The most actively suicidal mood in patients with epilepsy called phenobarbital, vigabatrin, less active topiramate, gabapentin, levetiracetam, and the minimum activity against the provocations of suicide in epilepsy have carbamazepine, valproate. Knowledge sucidogenic activity of AEDs makes it possible to adequately predict the likely development of suicide in patients with epilepsy.
