Abstract
Данная статья содержит информацию об основных клинико-патогенетических направлениях оказания медицинской помощи больным эпилепсией с психическими расстройствами, знакомит с группами средств лекарственной терапии и показаниями к их применению при различных психопатологических состояниях у этих больных. Сведения, представленные в статье, дополняют информацию о лечении больных эпилепсией, изложенную в Унифицированном клиническом протоколе первичной, экстренной, вторичной и третичной медицинской помощи при эпилепсии у взрослых. The proposed for family doctors article contains information about the basic clinical and pathogenetic directions of care in patients with epilepsy with mental disorders, introduces the groups means of drug therapy and indications for their use in various psychopathological conditions in these patients. The information, presented in the article, complete the information on the treatment of patients with epilepsy, set out in a Uniform clinical protocol primary, emergency, secondary and tertiary care for epilepsy in adults.
