Abstract
We conducted research 200 patients with spinal cord injury. We have seen two cases where patients had hemitype symptoms, and ASIA scale analysis was subject only point scale. The complexity of the analysis was in the categories A - E. Thus, our proposed system scale gradation of the patient with spinal injury is closest to urgent spinal neurosurgery and in our opinion, is an algorithm to determine the tactics of further treatment of patients. Conclusion: we have developed a more convenient and acceptable scale for examination of patients for urgent spinal neurosurgery and traumatology. The classification allows assesses neurological status and general condition of the patients. Нами проведено дослідження 200 пацієнтів з хребетно-спинномозковою травмою. Ми спостерігали 2 випадки, коли у пацієнтів відмічалась симптоматика за гемітипом, і в шкалі ASIA аналіз підлягає лише бальній оцінці, складність аналізу в категоріях A – E. Таким чином, нами шкала запропонована система градацій стану пацієнта із хребетно-спинномозковою травмою є найбільш наближеною до ургентної спинальної нейрохірургії й на нашу думку, служить алгоритмом для визначення тактики подальшого лікування пацієнтів. Висновки: для оцінки стану пацієнта розроблено шкалу неврологічних і вітальних порушень, що являється більш прийнятною й зручною для використання в ургентній спинальній нейрохірургії й травматології.
