Abstract
Проанализировано строение понятийного пространства медицинской косметологии в соответствии с ее внутренними направлениями как науки и области практической деятельности. Установлены экстралингвистические основания выделения этих направлений. Предложено авторское видение понятийной организации концептосферы медицинской косметологии, обус- ловливающей организацию номинативного пространства, которое репрезентирует данную концептосферу в русском языке. The structure of conceptual sphere of medical cosmetology has been analyzed in the article according to its inner directions both as science and area of practical activity. The main ways of descriptive, systemic, structural and semantic methods have been used in the course of this investigation. Results of the investigation. Inner directions of medical cosmetology both as science and area of practical activity are classified by the following: the subject of studying, the purpose, the object of purpose, the localization of the object, the applicable methods and technologies. Nominative area of medical cosmetology is structured according to comprehensive organization of its conceptual sphere, including therapeutic, surgical, diagnostic and preventive cosmetology. In its turn dermatocosmetology and «cosmetology of the body» is distinguished in therapeutic cosmetology, dermosurgery and aesthetic (cosmetological, cosmetic) surgery is distinguished in surgical cosmetology.
