Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання можливості прогнозування виникнення ускладнень гестації у жінок з надмірною масою тіла залежно від ступеня ожиріння, наявності генетичного поліморфізму PPARG-gamma2 (Pro12Ala), який регулює диференціювання адипоцитів і гомеостаз глюкози. Надано наукове і практичне обґрунтування необхідності розширення діагностичного алгоритму у вагітних з ожирінням у зв’язку із загрозою виникнення у них вуглеводних порушень і підвищеного ризику розвитку гестаційного цукрового діабету. Акцентується увага на важливості визначення під час вагітності С-пептиду і розрахунку індексу НОМА. In article questions of possibility of forecasting of emergence of complications of a gestation at women with excess body weight are considered. Accurate dependence of these complications on degree of obesity, existence of genetic polymorphism of PPARG-gamma2 (Pro12Ala) which regulates a differentiation of adipocityc and a homeostasis of glucose is defined. Scientific and practical justification of need of expansion of diagnostic algorithm at pregnant women with obesity is given. These women make group of risk of emergence at them carbohydrate violations and developing of gestational diabetes. The emphasis on importance of definition during pregnancy of С-peptide and calculation of an index of НOMА is put.
