Abstract
Досліджено ефективність і безпеку використання препарату «Гінофорт» (крему пролонгованої дії для інтравагінального введення з 2 % бутоконазолом) при терапії урогенітального кандидозу. На підставі результатів терапії 21 пацієнтки з урогенітальним кандидозом показано високу клінічну та мікробіологічну ефективність бутоконазолу. Звернуто увагу на той факт, що бутоконазол має широкий спектр дії і ефективно діє на умовно-патогенні мікроорганізми, активація яких нерідко призводить до розвитку і підтримки стійкого та вираженого запального процесу. Зроблено висновок про те, що Гінофорт добре переноситься, зручний у використанні, є безпечним і високоефективним препаратом та може бути рекомендований для широкого використання в клінічній практиці Efficiency and safety of application of medication «Gynofort» (cream of the prolonged action with 2 % Butoconazole for intravaginal introduction) at therapy of urogenital candidiasis have been investigated. On the basis of the results of therapy of 21 patients with urogenital candidiasis high clinical and microbiological efficiency of Butoconazole have been demonstrated. It has been noted that Butoconazole has the wide spectrum of action and effectively act on the opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms, the excessive activating of which quite often results in development and maintenance of stable and expressed inflammatory process. It may be inferred that Gynofort is well tolerated, comfortable in application, safe and high-efficiency medication and may be recommended for the wide use in clinical practice.
