Abstract
Досліджено імунологічні показники у 125 пацієнтів з демодикозом. Показано, що при розвитку демодикозної інвазії несприятливим вважається підвищення рівня CD25+, HLA-DR+, CD95+ маркерів, зниження співвідношень CD4+/CD95+, CD8+/CD95+, підвищення співвідношень CD16+/CD95+, CD22+/CD95+, CD25+/CD95+. Зроблено висновок про те, що підвищення маркерів активації і готовності до апоптозу може свідчити про поширеність і тяжкість патологічного процесу, асоційованого з демодикозною інвазією і переважним розвитком імунної відповіді за змішаним типом.The immunological indices have been explored at 125 patients with demodicosis. It is shown that under development of demodectic invasion the increase of the level of CD25+, HLA-DR+, CD95+ markers, decline of the correlations CD4+/CD95+, CD8+/CD95+, increase of the correlations CD16+/CD95+, CD22+/CD95+, CD25+/CD95+ are considered unfavorable. A conclusion is done that the activation markers’ increase and readiness to apoptosis can be evidence of the dissemination and severity of the pathological process associated with demodectic invasion and prevailing development of immune answer of mixed type.
