Abstract
В статье приведены данные исследования эффективности лечения больных острым сальпингоофоритом. Установлено, что монотерапия фторхинолоном левофлоксацином (Лефлоцин) или гатифлоксацином (Бигафлон), в сравнении с комбинированной терапией цефалоспорином II-III поколения в сочетании с доксициклином и метронидазолом, является клинически и микробиологически более эффективной, уменьшает продолжительность антибактериальной терапии и имеет экономические преимущества. There researches of comparison of efficiency of two charts of treatment of acute salpingoophoritis are resulted in the articele. It is set that chart of treatment, in which as an antibacterial component was used a fluoroquinolones for infusion levofloxacin (leflocin) and gatifloxacin (bigaflon) is clinically and microbiologically more effective, than chart wiht the use of the combined therapy with cefalosporines 2-3 generations in combination with doxiciclin and metronidazol. Besides complex therapy with the use of fluoroquinolones for infusion diminishes duration of antibacterial therapy, that testifies to economic advantage of its application.
