Abstract

Приведено результати використання імуномодулятору Кагоцел при лікуванні хворих на ранній прихований сифіліс. Показано, що використання цього препарату у комплексній терапії таких хворих нормалізує вміст CD3+-, CD4+-, CD16+-, CD56+-лімфоцитів, співвідношення CD4+/CD8+ клітин, підвищує відсоток бласттрансформованих лімфоцитів при стимуляції поліклональним мітогеном ФГА. Доведено, що Кагоцел також суттєво нормалізує змінений мікробіоценоз шкіри.The results of application of immunomodulator Kagocel in treating patients with the latent early syphilis are presented. It is shown that Kagocel application in complex therapy of such patients normalizes the quantity of CD3+-, CD4+-, CD16+-, CD56+-lymphocytes, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ cells, raises the percent of blast-transformed lymphocytes under their stimulation by polyclonal mitogen PHA. It is proved that Kagocel renders normald that Kagocel renders normal that Kagocel renders normalizing action on the broken microbe biocenose of the skin.
