Abstract
Мета: визначення взаємозв'язку системних порушень з балансом про- і протизапальних інтерлейкінів( IL - 10, IL - 6, TNF -а) у пацієнток з генітальним ендометріозом у поєднанні з доброякісною патологією геніталій - 120 пацієнток (I-а клінічна група), та пацієнток з хронічним сальпінгітом і оофоритом - 90 жінок (II-а клінічна група), з синдромом хронічного тазового (СХТБ). Проведений кореляційний аналіз показав наявність сильних взаємозв'язків між цитокіновим балансом, показниками психостатусу, високими балами ВАШ в обох групах. The aim of study is determination of correlation and violations of psychological status, with balance pro- and antiinflammatory cytokines ( IL - 10, IL - 6, TNF -a) for patients with a genital endometriosis in a combination with benign hormonal pathology of the genitals - 120 patients(I-th clinical group) and by a chronic inflammation of salpingitis and ovary -90 women ( II-th clinical group), with the chronic pelvic pain (CPP). The conducted cross-correlation analysis showed the presence of strong intercommunications between cytokines balance, indexes of psychical status by high points VAS in both groups.
