Abstract
У хворих з різними формами захворювання розглянуто основні дерматоскопічні маркери гніздової алопеції, що мають патогенетичну основу, в залежності від стадії патологічного процесу. Показано, що найбільш поширеною дерматоскопічною ознакою у обстежуваних хворих були: «жовті крапки» (82,4 %), потім «чорні крапки» (60,6 %), псевдовелусне волосся (40,2 %) та «конічне волосся» (18,2 %). Представлено дані про достовірне збільшення кількості «жовтих» і «чорних крапок», дисторофічного волосся при прогресуванні гніздової алопеції, у той час як псевдовелус був характерною ознакою при регресі, у хронічній стадії дерматозу. Ці дані обґрунтовують використання дерматоскопічного дослідження не тільки як необхідного інструменту діагностики захворювання, але і для визначення стадії патологічного процесу, прогнозування активності дерматозу, а також для об’єктивізації оцінки ефективності терапії. The main dermatoscopic markers of alopecia areata having pathogenetic basis have been examined depending on the stage of the pathological process in patients with various forms of the disease. It is shown that the most common dermatoscopic sign among examined patients are “yellow spots” (82.4 %) followed by the “black spots” (60.6 %), psevdovellus hair (40.2 %) and tapering hair (18,2 %). The data on the definite increase in the number of “yellow” and “black spots”, dystrophic hair under the progression of alopecia areata have been presented, while the psevdovellus has been a characteristic feature under the regression into the chronic stage of the dermatosis . These data ground the use of dermatoscopic research not only as a necessary tool to diagnose the disease, but also as a tool to determine the stage of the pathological process, forecast the dermatosis activity, and also for more objective estimation of the therapy effectiveness.
