Abstract
Провели пирометрические измерения у 20 школьников старших классов 15-16 лет. Дети были распределены на две группы: первую группу составили юноши 10 человек, вторую группу из 10 человек составили девушки. Всем им проводили пирометрические измерения жевательной мышцы в определенных точках. На основе проведенного пирометрического исследования и анализа полученных результатов были выявлены индивидуальные особенности работы зубочелюстного аппарата. В группу риска вошли дети с максимальной разницей среднего значения пирометрических показателей жевательной мышцы левой и правой сторон. Выявленная разница показателей свидетельствовала о нарушении взаимоотношений зубов верхней и нижней челюстей. Данное исследование являлось методом экспресс диагностики индивидуальных особенностей работы мышечного компонента зубочелюстного аппарата. Pyrometric measurements were performed on 20 senior school-children 15-16 years of age. The children were divided into two groups: the first group consisted of ten young men, and the second one included ten young women. Тhey all underwent pyrometric easurements of the masticatory muscles, conducted in certain measuring points. On the basis of the performed pyrometric study and analysis of the obtained results, certain individual features of functioning of the dentoalveolar apparatus were identified. The risk group included children with a maximum difference in the average value of pyrometric indicators of chewing muscles at the left and right sides. The detected difference of indicators revealed the disorders in the relationships of teeth in the upper and lower jaws. This study was a method of express diagnostics of individual features in the work of the muscular component of dentoalveolar apparatus.
