Abstract
За останні декілька десятиліть питома вага прихованого сифілісу залишається досить значною у загальній структурі захворюваності. Найбільший відсоток серорезистентності залишається саме після лікування цієї форми сифілісу. Метою цього дослідження є визначення найбільш ефективних методик лікування раннього прихованого сифілісу. При тривалості інфекції до 6 місяців, лікування бензатинбензилпеніциліном та водорозчинним пеніциліном було найбільш ефективним, тому перевагу необхідно віддати бензатинбензилпеніциліну, як найбільш зручному у застосуванні. При тривалості інфекції від 6 до 12 місяців найбільш ефективними були цефтріаксон та водорозчинний пеніцилін. При тривалості інфекції понад 1 рік перевагу, як найбільш ефективному, і слід віддати також цефтріаксону та водорозчинному пеніциліну. Over the past few decades, the proportion of latent syphilis remains quite high in the overall pattern of morbidity. The greatest percentage of failures after treatment of this form of syphilis is a known fact. The purpose of this study is to determine the most effective methods of treating this form of syphilis. With duration of the infection up to 6 months, treatment with benzathylbenzylpenicillin and water-soluble penicillin has been most effective, so benzathilbenzylpenicillin should be given preference as a more convenient drug. With duration of the infection from 6 to 12 months, ceftriaxone and penicillin water-soluble have been most effective. If duration of the infection is more than a year, the advantage should also be given to ceftriaxone and water-soluble penicillin as the most effective drug.
