Abstract
Training doctors-interns of various specialties by theme "Emergencies" in preparation for the exam "Step-3" is associated with particular difficulties. In order to solve this problem postgraduate education of the department of Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy, Ukraine has identified a number of methodological principles such as motivation, constancy, classification, analogy, specification, self, and others. The purpose of this message was the need to adapt the pedagogical principles to the educational process. Postgraduate medical education, modern science is based on the basis of such principles: 1) the priority of self-study; 2) joint activities; 3) the use of experiences; 4) individual approach; 5) elective study; 6) reflexivity; 7) systematic training; 8) individual creativity. Implementation of the above teaching principles in daily teaching activities will contribute to the optimization and the success of the educational process
