Abstract
Мета. На підставі аналізу сучасних наукових публікацій, присвячених когнітивним розладам, обумовленим критичними станами, сформулювати базові принципи профілактики цих порушень і відновлення когнітивних функцій у групі хворих. Матеріали та методи. Дослідження проведено із залученням електронних бібліотек, пошукових систем і репозитаріїв наукових робіт: Google Scholar, PabMed, Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Researchgate.net, Springer, Cochrane Library, Національна бібліотека ім. В.І. Вернадського, eLIBRARY.RU, Medi.ru, CYBERLENINKA.ru, mydisser.com та інших. Висновки. Сучасний стан вивчення проблеми дає можливість сформулювати базові принципи профілактики когнітивних розладів та відновлення нормальної роботи когнітивних функцій, впровадження яких має покращити наслідки хворих після критичних станів та якість їх життя у віддаленому періоді. Background. The purpose was to formulate basic principles for prevention of cognitive impairment associated with critical states and restoration of cognitive functions on the background of the analysis of modern scientific publications. Materials and methods. The following libraries are included in the study: Google Scholar, PubMed, Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Researchgate.net, Springer, Cochrane Library, Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, eLIBRARY.RU, Medi.ru, CyberLeninka.ru, mydisser.com and others. Conclusions. The current state of studying the problem makes it possible to formulate the basic principles for prevention of cognitive disorders and restoration of normal cognitive functioning, the introduction of which should improve the outcomes in patients after critical conditions and the quality of their life in the remote period.
