Abstract
У статті на підставі огляду літературних джерел проаналізовані механізми антихелікобактерної й цитопротективної дії сполук вісмуту. Надана характеристика ролі препаратів вісмуту в сучасних схемах ерадикації, а також наведені результати власних досліджень ефективності й безпеки застосування колоїдного вісмуту субцитрату в складі антихелікобактерної терапії другої лінії в дітей. The article based on the review of literature data analyzes the mechanisms of the anti-helicobacter and cytoprotective effects of bismuth compounds. The description of the role of bismuth preparations in modern eradication schemes is given, as well as the results of our own studies on the effectiveness and safety of using colloidal bismuth subcitrate as a part of second-line anti-helicobacter therapy in children.
