Abstract
За допомогою лазерної доплерівської флоуметрії проведено дослідження стану мікроциркуляторного русла шкіри у хворих на розацеа. Визначені амплітудно-частотні критерії оцінки дермального кровообігу. Показані глибина та спрямованість розладів васкуляризації. Доведено, що амплітудно-частотна характеристика стану мікроциркуляторного русла шкіри повинна враховуватись при виборі засобів терапевтичної корекції та може служити одним з критеріїв ефективності лікування. A laser Doppler flowmetry study of the state of the microvasculature of the skin in patients with rosacea was performed. The amplitude-frequency criteria for assessing dermal circulation are determined. Depth and direction of vascularization disorders are shown. It is proved that the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the state of the microvasculature of the skin should be taken into account when choosing the means of therapeutic correction and can serve as one of the criteria for the effectiveness of treatment.
