Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізу основних принципів і підходів до професійної підготовки майбутніх лікарів у вітчизняній системі медичної освіти. Проаналізовано основні умови успішної реалізації реформування вищої медичної школи в Україні. Надані характеристики якісної підготовки випускників вищих медичних навчальних закладів, серед яких пріоритетними названо такі, як: властивість, уміння, здатність, здібність, компетентність, навичка тощо. Основні завдання вищої медичної освіти виокремлюють вміст і організацію освітнього процесу, націленого на формування особистості майбутнього лікаря, його цивільної відповідальності, правової культури та правової самосвідомості, духовності, ініціативності, самостійності, толерантності, здібності до успішної соціалізації у суспільстві, професійної зрілості. Стан здоров’я населення завжди є визначальним критерієм розвитку суспільства. Тому професійна підготовка медичних працівників виступає одним із регуляторів і показників соціального розвитку, оскільки фактично формує і підтримує доктрину життєздатності суспільства. Професійна компетентність лікаря формується на основі базисних медичних навиків, наукового знання і морального розвитку. Її головними компонентами є здатність набувати і використовувати знання, інтегрувати їх за допомогою клінічного мислення, а також реалізовувати і передавати їх у процесі комунікації з пацієнтами і колегами, керуючись етичними принципами. Тобто професійна компетентність випускника медичного вишу – це єдність теоретичної підготовки та його готовність на практиці до здійснення професійної діяльності. Професійні компетенції майбутніх лікарів можна визначити як соціальні вимоги до підготовки студента-медика, які необхідні для якісної професійної діяльності. Професія лікаря – унікальна, вона містить комплекс таких характеристик, як постійний потяг до самовдосконалення, величезний практичний досвід, знання специфіки даної діяльності, здібності до лікарської праці, знання перспектив розвитку медичної галузі. Сучасний лікар повинен мати високопрофесійну теоретичну і практичну підготовку, володіти методиками профілактики, ранньої діагностики та високотехнологічної терапії захворювань. The article analyzes the main approaches to the training of future doctors in the national system of medical education. The conditions of successful implementation of the reform of the higher medical school in Ukraine are singled out. Named the integrated characteristics of the quality of training graduates of higher medical educational institutions, among which the priority is called: property, skills, ability, ability, competence, skills, etc. The author sets out the content and organization of the educational process aimed at forming the personality of the future doctor, his civil responsibility, legal culture and legal self-awareness, spirituality, initiative, autonomy, tolerance, ability to successfully socialize in society, professional maturity, among the tasks of higher medical education. The professional competence of the doctor is formed on the basis of basic medical skills, scientific knowledge and moral development. Its main components are the ability to acquire and use knowledge, integrate them with the help of clinical thinking, and also realize and pass them on in communication with patients and colleagues, guided by ethical principles. That is, the professional competence of a graduate of a medical university is a unity of theoretical training and its readiness in practice before carrying out professional activity. The professional competence of future physicians can be defined as the social requirements for the training of a medical student that is necessary for a high-quality professional activity. Future medical professionals need to understandеру the necessity of constantly expand of the boundaries that gives cognitive activity, which is the key to rapid progress. Optimization of the Ukrainian health care system in the era of globalization requires the search for new ways to formulate and implement state policy in the healthcare industry with the use of innovative approaches and advanced foreign experience. The need for solving key problems in the industry identified the main directions of the state policy of Ukraine in the field of health care. The primary task is to formulate a sciencebased strategy for public health care, to work out state-level integrated and targeted programs that should ensure its implementation. At the same time, it should be emphasized that in today’s conditions effective implementation of the state policy of Ukraine in the field of healthcare is impossible without the implementation of the strategy of integration into the European Union, the expansion and strengthening of international relations. The state of health of the population is always a determining criterion for the development of society. Therefore, the training of health professionals is one of the regulators and indicators of social development, since it actually shapes and supports the doctrine of social viability. The professional competence of the doctor is formed on the basis of basic medical skills, scientific knowledge and moral development. Its main components are the ability to acquire and use knowledge, integrate it with clinical thinking, and to implement and impart it in the process of communication with patients and colleagues, guided by ethical principles. That is, the professional competence of a graduate of a medical university is the unity of theoretical training and its readiness to practice professional activity. The professional competencies of future physicians can be defined as the social requirements for the preparation of a medical student, which are necessary for quality professional activity. The profession of a doctor is unique, it contains a set of characteristics such as a constant desire for self-improvement, vast practical experience, knowledge of the specifics of this activity, ability to work in medicine, knowledge of the prospects for the development of the medical industry. Modern physician should have highly professional theoretical and practical training, have methods of prevention, early diagnosis and high-tech treatment of diseases.
