Abstract
У сучасних умовах реформування вищої освіти в Україні, реалізації вимог Європейської кредитної трансферно-накопичувальної системи, формування нових стандартів зі спеціальностей, зорієнтованих на вітчизняний та європейський ринок праці, актуальною залишається проблема якості підготовки педагогічного персоналу. Підготовка педагогічного персоналу для навчання майбутніх лікарів у вищих медичних навчальних закладах полягає в тому, що однією з важливих вимог до особистості сучасного викладача ЗВО є готовність до постійного саморозвитку та самовдосконалення. Це пов’язано зі швидкими змінами, котрі відбуваються сьогодні у суспільному житті, стрімким розвитком освітньої сфери, що зумовлює необхідність постійно вдосконалювати власну професійну майстерність, оволодівати сучасними концепціями підготовки фахівців, а також новими змістом, формами, методами, засобами викладання. Викладачі мають готувати підростаюче покоління до вирішення нових професійних проблем, нових непередбачуваних життєвих ситуацій, передавати навички професійного самовдосконалення під час фахової підготовки студентів в умовах ЗВО. In the current conditions of reforming the higher education in Ukraine, the implementation of the requirements of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, the formation of new standards for specialties oriented to the national and European labor market, the problem of the quality of training of teaching staff remains. The training of teaching staff to educate the future physicians at higher education institutions is that one of the important requirements for the personality of a modern university teacher is the willingness for continuous self-development and self-improvement. This is due to the rapid changes that are taking place today in public life, the rapid development of the educational field, which necessitates the need to constantly improve their professional skills, to master modern concepts of specialist training, as well as new content, forms, methods, teaching aids. Teachers should prepare the younger generation to solve new professional problems, new unpredictable life situations, and transfer the skills of professional self-improvement during professional preparation of students in higher education. An important step towards the creation of a pan-European educational space was the increasing requirements for the specificity of training of teaching staff. The system of medical education of Ukraine is no exception in this process. The established model of higher medical education in Ukraine aims to train specialists with the appropriate qualification and the appropriate level of competence, which would enable them to perform their professional duties at a high level.
