Abstract
An analysis of the dynamics of intoxication markers, such as: sequeniial organ failure assessment, leukocytc index of intoxication, C-reactive protein, moleculcs of average mass, suggest that in the majority of patients of both groups of the disease was accompanied by severe forms of sepsis with signs of seguential organ failure assessment initially and against the background of surgical treatment (p> 0.05).
