Abstract

Quite a serious problem is the exogenous hypoxia in miners as a result of accidents with the release of mine gas. Hypobaric hypoxia is a simptome complex resulted from a decrise in the partial pressure of oxygen in the inhaled air during high altitudes climbing. Asphyxia in enclosed or semi-enclosed space is the type of mekhanical asphyxia that develops due to the restriction of oxygen with air into the body et normal barometric pressure. Elements of emergency care and inpatient care are given.
