Abstract
У роботі наведено результати аналізу діючих у провідних країнах світу (держави Європейського Союзу (ЄС), СІЛА, Росії (РФ) у порівнянні з Україною програм моніторингу питної водопровідної води та її впливу на стан здоров ’я населення. Проведений аналіз дозволив вдосконалити програму соціально-гігієнічного моніторингу питної водопровідної води в умовах промислового регіону України. The paper presents the results of an analysis of the monitoring programs for drinking tap water and its impact on the health status of the population in the leading countries of the world (countries of the European Union (EU), USA, Russia (RF) compared with Ukraine. The analysis of the current monitoring programs was conducted according to the following criteria: number of indicators to be monitored; estimation of indicators of the provision of the population with drinking tap water; determining the relationship between water quality and public health. The highest number of quality and safety indicators for drinking water to be monitored is foreseen in the US and Ukraine, less in the EU countries, and the lowest in the Russian Federation. It is revealed on the basis of the analysis of the programs in the EU, USA, Russia and Ukraine of the organization of organization and implementation of the monitoring of drinking water quality, which is the most important component of monitoring to determine the relationship between the quality of drinking water and public health, as of today in Ukraine, unlike other countries in the world, is not implemented. This significantly reduces the information and effectiveness of the monitoring system as a whole, and makes it impossible to promptly develop and implement management decisions. The analysis made it possible to improve the program of social and hygienic monitoring of drinking tap water in the industrial region of Ukraine.
