Abstract
Проблемы отношения к людям с инвалидностью существуют во всех странах мира, независимо от экономического развития. Люди, права которых ограничены физическим состоянием, очень чувствительны к словам, которые определяют их состояние. Целью работы было определение отношения людей с инвалидностью к основным терминам, которые наиболее часто используются по отношению к ним в государственных нормативных актах, врачами, работниками службы социальной защиты, средствами массовой информации и в быту. Исследование проводилось на базе коммунального учреждения «Черкасский областной центр медико - социальной экспертизы ЧОР» на протяжении 2014 года методом прямого анкетирования 850 лиц с инвал идностью. Результатами исследования определено, что отношение к подобным высказываниям зависит от стажа инвалидности и тяжести нарушений критериев жизнедеятельности и реабилитационного потенциала опрашиваемых. В целом, большинство опрошенных приемлемыми считают традиционные термины «инвалид» и «лицо с инвалидностью». Полученные результаты, конечно, не дают окончательного ответа, но, освещая актуальность и важность темы, демонстрируют необходимость дальнейшего изучения данного вопроса. The problem of attitudes towards people with disabilities exist in all countries, regardless of economic development. People whose rights are restricted physical condition are very sensitive to the words that defin e their condition. The aim of this work was to determine the attitudes of people with disabilities in the key terms that are most commonly used against them in state regulations, doctors, social service workers social protection measures media and in everyday life. The study was conducted on the basis of the municipal establishment «Cherkasy regional center of medicalsocial expertise» for 2014 the method of direct questioning 850 persons with disabilities. The results of the study determined that the attitude to such statements depend on the experience of disability and severity of violations of the criteria of life and rehabilitation potential respondents. Overall, the majority of respondents consider it acceptable traditional terms «disabled person» and "person with disabilities". The results, of course, does not give a definitive answer, but lighting the relevance and importance of the topic, demonstrate the need for further study of this issue.
