Abstract
На основании эпидемиологического, клинического, параклинического и лабораторного обследования детей школьного возраста Прикарпатской области установлено, что 54% лиц болели эпидемическим зобом всех трех степеней тяжести. Наряду с этим у 50% диагностирован множественный кариес, у 31% - гипоплазия эмали зубов, а в 25% случаев патологический прикус. Предложена схема патогенеза гипо- и деминерализации костных структур и тканей зубов, в основе которой лежит дезрегуляция обмена веществ на уровне ЦНС, вегетативной иннервации, гипофиза и щитовидной железы. Высказана целесообразность комплексной коррекции возникшей патологии этиологической и патогенетической направленности. On the basis of epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical and laboratory examination of pupils living in Prikarpatsk region it was determined, that 54% of children are ill with endemic goiter of all three severity levels. At the same time 50% of pupils were diagnosed as having plural caries, 31% - hypoplasia of teeth enamel and 25% - pathological caries. The scheme of pathogenesis of hypo- and demineralization of bone structures and teeth tissues was offered, on the basis of which disregulation of metabolism of the CNS, vegetative innervations, hypophysis and thyroid glands level lies. The expediency of complex correction of occurred pathology in etiological and pathogenetic direction was experessed.
