Abstract

У статті наведена оцінка рівня дослідження на сьогоднішній день як особливостей ушкоджень голови і тулу- ба людини еластичними кулями при пострілах із засобів ударно-травматичної дії, так і самих куль з використанням традицій- них і нових засобів, як наприклад, рентген флуоресцентного спектрометру «M4 TORNADO». Forensic medical estimation of heavy and fatal damages of a head and a trunk of the person rubber and elastics bullets from guns no-lethal action has revealed an opportunity of an establishment not only character of fire damages and distances of a shot, but also type and a kind wounded a shell. The article gives an assessment of the level of research to date as features of damag- es of the head and body of a person by elastic balls with shots from the means of shock-traumatic action, and the bullets themselves using traditional and new means, such as the X-ray of the fluorescence spectrometer “M4 TORNADO”. onsequently, despite a signif- icant number of the sources mentioned above, there is every reason to believe that the study of human guns’ injuries by elastic balls with shots from the means of shock-traumatic action is an actual topic of the present.
