Abstract

В последние годы в Украине значительно возросла роль медико-социальных факторов в процессе формирования и сохранения здоровья детского населения. Цель работы – поиск возможностей усовершенствования медико-социальной помощи детям и подросткам. В статье проанализированы вопросы состояния здоровья детей и подростков; организации медико-социальной помощи в амбулаторно-поликлинических учреждениях и школе; готовности врачей первичного звена обслуживания к работе с детьми социального риска и решению социальных вопросов. Выявлены рост детских болезней и заболеваемости детскими болезнями, социальные риски их формирования; отсутствие эффективной модели оказания медико-социальных услуг семьям, детям и подросткам в амбулаторно-поликлинических учреждениях и школе; недостаточная подготовка врачей первичного звена обслуживания по вопросам социальной работы и нерациональная организация их работы со значительным преобладанием лечебного процесса. Рассмотрены пути решения ряда новых медико-социальных проблем, которые негативно влияют на здоровье детского населения. In recent years, the role of medical and social factors in the process of forming and maintaining the health of children has significantly increased in Ukraine. Purpose of this article – search for opportunities to improve medical and social care for children and adolescents. In the article, there are analyzed the following issues: health status of children and adolescents; organization of medical and social assistance in outpatient facilities and schools; readiness of primary care physicians to work with children of social risk and address social issues. There were revealed the growth of childhood diseases and the incidence of childhood diseases, social risks of their formation; lack of effective model for provision of medical and social services to families, children and adolescents in outpatient clinics and schools; insufficient training of primary care physicians on social work issues and irrational organization of their work with significant predominance of the treatment process. The ways of solving a number of new medical and social problems that negatively affect the health of children are considered.
