Abstract

Postoperative pulmonary complication(PPC) occur in 5-70% of caces in surgical patients and are accompanied by significant short-tem and long-tem mortality. The alm of our stady is to reveal relationship between the frequency of PPC, the surgical risk extent in different infusion therapy paterns in patients with acute abdominal pathology.
