Abstract
Статья посвящена опыту применения чрескостного остеосинтеза при лечении и реабилитации больных пожилого возраста с последствиями повреждений проксимального отдела бедренной кости в клинике травматологии и ортопедии ГУ «Укр Гос НИИ МСПИ МЗО Украины». Переломы проксимального отдела бедренной кости часто являются причиной инвалидизации, особенно это актуально у лиц пожилого возраста с явлениями остеопороза. Чрескостный остеосинтез является одним из методов оперативного лечения больных и инвалидов с последствиями переломов проксимального отдела бедренной кости. В статье подробно описана методика ЧКОС, применяемая в клинике ГУ «УкрГосНИИ МСПИ МЗО Украины» пациентам пожилого возраста, примеры и результаты лечения в период с 2008 по 2016 год. The article covers practical experience of transosseous osteosynthesis in the treatment and rehabilitation of elderly patients with the consequences of damages of proximal femoral in the clinic of traumatology and orthopedics Public institution "Ukrainian State Institute of Medical and Social Problems of Disability Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine". Proximal femoral fractures are often the cause of disability, especially for older persons with osteoporosis symptoms. The transosseous osteosynthesis is one of the methods of surgical treatment of patients and invalids with consequences of fractures of the proximal femur. The article described in detail the CHKOS methodic which uses at the clinic Public institution "Ukrainian State Institute of Medical and Social Problems of Disability Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine" for elderly patients. There are examples and results of the treatment for the period from 2008 till 2016 years.
