Abstract

В статье приведены данные об особенностях нарушения биохимической картины у больных и инвалидов вследствие цирроза печени различной этиологии. Показано наличие значительных сдвигов биохимического гомеостаза, несмотря на клиническую компенсацию заболевания. С помощью современных прогностиче ских методик выделены группы пациентов с неблагоприятным прогнозом течения заболевания, быстро прогрессирующим цирротическим процессом и возможным возникновением его осложнений. The article presents data on the characteristics of biochemical disturbances in patients disabled due to liver cirrhosis of different etiologies. Significant shifts of biochemical homeostasis are present despite of the clinical compensation of the disease. With modern forecasting methods were highlighted groups of patients with an unfavorable prognosis of the disease, rapidly progressive cirrhotic process and possible occurrence of its complications.
