Abstract

Клиническое руководство является результатом согласованного решения экспертов, принятого на основании тщательного анализа данных литературы, а также рекомендаций зарубежных руко - водств — Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) пересмотра 2017, 2018 и 2019 гг. и Clinical Guideline No 101. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in primary and secondary care (NICE). В первой части публикации руководства было представлено обновленное определение хронического обструктивного заболевания легких (ХОЗЛ), изложены новые подходы к классификации и диагностике заболевания, даны принципы комплексной оценки ХОЗЛ с учетом спирометрической классификации и риска обострений. В части 2 руководства представлены алгоритмы начальной и поддерживающей терапии больных, новые подходы к лечению обострений заболевания. Руководство адресовано врачам всех звеньев оказания медицинской помощи — семейным врачам, терапевтам, пульмонологам, аллергологам, кардиологам, реабилитологам. Clinical guidelines are the result of coordinated decision of the experts, adapted on the background of thorough analysis of the literature data and foreign clinical guidelines such as Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) revision of 2017, 2018 и 2019 years and Clinical Guideline No 101. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in primary and secondary care (NICE). The first part of the consensus statement contained a revised definition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), new classification and diagnostic approaches, the principles of complex evaluation of COPD considering spirometric classification and risk of exacerbations. The second part of the guidelines presents the algorithms of initial and follow-up therapy, novel approaches to the management of exacerbations. The guidelines are addressed to the physicians of all levels of healthcare system: general practitioners, physicians, pulmonologists, allergologists, cardiologists and rehabilitation specialists.
