Abstract
It is well known that the medical practical training is the most important part of training of a future doctor [1]. Medical practical training is also an integral part of the learning process as a whole. Medical practical training is a mandatory component of educational and professional programs. It is aimed at acquiring general and professional competencies by the applicant [2]. This involves, on the one hand, the formation of students' professional skills and abilities to make independent decisions during specific work in real market and production conditions. It is also important to acquire competencies for the systematic renewal of their knowledge, their creative application in practice. On the other hand, it is necessary to develop social skills and increase the ability to work. In addition, gaining the work experience required for a professional qualification is an integral part of the practical training. In this sense, the main tasks of industrial practice are, first, the consolidation of knowledge gained in the learning process. Secondly, it is necessary to master and improve practical skills in the future activities on the basis of treatment and prevention facilities [1, 2]. Medical practical training is carried out in accordance with the working curricula of doctor training in the specialty 222 - "Medicine". The list of types of practices of a specific educational program, forms, duration, terms of carrying out are given in the educational program and curricula. The content of the internship program must comply with the legislation of Ukraine, the educational program, the typical internship program of higher education, take into account the specifics of the specialty. The content and sequence of practice are determined by end-to-end programs. On the basis of crosscutting programs, the university has developed work programs on practice and additional methodological documents aimed at improving the quality of practice of students and approved by the head. For foreign medical students, the bases of practice are provided in the relevant agreement on the training of specialists and can be located both on the territory of foreign countries and within Ukraine. If the internship base is located on the territory of another country, foreign students are provided with an internship program and an individual task in accordance with the established procedure. When doing an internship within Ukraine, foreign students follow the general rules and regulations for internship established at the Medical Universities. Medical students are provided by at one or more health care clinics, depending on their profile and practice programs. Students can have an internship outside Ukraine in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
