Abstract

Сучасні літературні дані про оксидантно-антиоксидантний стан в організмі хворих на пієлонефрит та супутній цукровий діабет (ЦД) досить суперечливі. Незважаючи на певні зрушення в дослідженні патогенезу згаданих патологічних станів, чимало не вирішених питань щодо підвищення ефективності комплексного лікування гострого пієлонефриту при супутньому цукровому діабеті. The use of multi-vector drugs in the modeling of acute pyelonephritis with concomitant type 2 diabetes caused a likely increase in the level of reduced glutathione in the blood and kidneys and decreased oxidized in relation to the group with the traditional medication effect. Recovery of thiol status in blood and kidneys of rats in this pathology due to the use of multi-vector drugs will help to normalize the functional capacity of the kidneys. The pathogenetically important role of concomitant type 2 diabetes mellitus in a significant violation of the thiol status in blood plasma and kidney tissues of animals with acute pyelonephritis was established, which showed a decrease in the level of an important component of the antioxidant and detoxification system - reduced glutathione.
