Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the determinetion the risk factors for the formation of chronic endometritis in women of childbearing age. It has been established that "blind" fractional scraping and medical abortions significantly increase the chances of developing chronic endometritis in the future. No association with hysteroscopic history and subsequent development of CE has been determined. According to the study, the pro-portion of CE in patients with a history of invasive interventions in the uterine cavity according to the immuno-histochemical determination of the marker CD 138 is 78.4% vs. 7.7%, and according to hysteroscopic studies 92.2% vs. 10.3% of women without a history of intervention.; У статті наведено результати дослідження визначення факторів ризику формування хронічного ендометриту у жінок дітородного віку. Встановлено, що «сліпе» фракційне вишкрібання і медикаментозні аборти значно підвищують шанси розвитку хронічного ендометриту в майбутньому. Жодного зв’язку з гістероскопією в анамнезі та подальшим розвитком ХЕ не встановлено. За даними дослідження, пропорція ХЕ у пацієнток з інвазивними втручаннями в порожнині матки в анамнезі за даними імуногістохімічного визначення маркера CD 138 становить 78,4% проти 7,7%, а за даними гістероскопічного дослідження 92,2% порівняно з 10,3% жінок без втручання в анамнезі.
