Abstract

Наведено огляд сучасної літератури щодо сучасних поглядів на роль позаклітинних везикул (ПВ) у репродуктивній системі жінки.Мета – висвітлити сучасні наукові знання про значення ПВ у розвитку акушерсько-гінекологічної патології та проблем репродукції; окрес-лити нові можливості діагностування і лікування.До ПВ, зокрема екзосом (ЕС), відродився інтерес після досліджень, що вказують на значення ПВ у численних подіях міжклітинної взаємодії. Основну увагу приділено дослідженням, які вивчали фізіологічні й патологічні стани, пов’язані з репродукцією, а також комунікацію матері і плода під час нормальної та ускладненої вагітності. Підсумовано взаємозв’язок між екзосомальними мікро-РНК (мкРНК) і фізіологічними nf патологічними процесами в репродуктивній системі жінки.Висновки. Застосування ЕС мають обмеження через наукові, технічні та економічні причини. Чистота виділених ЕС потребує поліпшення, що вимагає більш якісних технологій та обладнання. Вивчення ролі ПВ може стати наріжним каменем для кращого розуміння процесів зачаття, імплантації, розвитку вагітності в нормі та за умови розвитку ускладнень. Це важливо, оскільки відкриває шлях до роботи з тими пацієнтами, у яких сучасні знання й технології не дають результатів. A summary of the latest research on the current thinking about the role of extracellular vesicles in the female reproductive system is provided. The importance of extracellular vesicles, and in particular, the role of the exosome, has been highlighted by a resurgence of interest in recent studies. The main focus is on studies that have investigated physiological and pathological conditions related to reproduction, as well as mother–fetus com-munication during normal and complicated pregnancies.Aim – to highlight the current scientific knowledge regarding the importance of extracellular vesicles in the development of obstetric and gynaeco-logical pathologies and reproductive issues, and to outline new possibilities for diagnosis and treatment.Interest in extracellular vesicles, particularly exosomes, has been revived following studies indicating their importance in numerous intercellular in-teractions. The main focus has been on studies investigating physiological and pathological conditions related to reproduction, as well as communi-cation between the mother and fetus during normal and complicated pregnancies.The relationship between exosomal microRNA (miRNA) and physiological and pathological processes in the female reproductive system is summarised.Conclusions. There are scientific, technical and economic reasons why the use of exosome is limited. The purity of isolated exosomes must be enhanced, a process that demands the development of advanced technologies and equipment. Studying the role of exosomes could provide a foundation for a better understanding of the processes of conception, implantation and normal pregnancy development, as well as the development of complications. This is important because it paves the way to working with patients for whom traditional methods are ineffective.
