Abstract

Ретенція іклів є однією з тих, що найчастіше зустрічаються, до 30.5% аномалій положення зубів і деформації зубних рядів Лікування іклів, які не прорізалися вчасно, досить складне, тому що більшість авторів пов'язують її виникнення з нестачею місця в зубній дузі, яке виникає внаслідок її звуження або в результаті мезіального переміщення бічних зубів, макродентії та аномалійного положення зачатків. Дефіцит місця змушує включати до схеми лікування аномалій прорізування зубів нормалізацію форми зубної дуги та зміни положення передньої групи зубів, вдаватися до видалення постійних зубів як до лікувальної процедури. Retention of canines is one of the most common, up to 30.5% of anomalies of tooth position and deformation of the dentition. The treatment of canines that have not erupted on time is quite complicated, because most authors associate its occurrence with a lack of space in the dental arch, which occurs due to its narrowing or as a result of mesial displacement of the posterior teeth, macrodentia and abnormal position of the rudiments. The lack of space makes it necessary to include normalisation of the dental arch shape and changes in the position of the anterior group of teeth in the treatment regimen for eruption anomalies, and to resort to the extraction of permanent teeth as a therapeutic procedure.
