Abstract
Мета – вивчення особливостей імунних змін, змін показників факторів природної резистентності та рівня цитокінів у хворих на ІПСШ чоловіків з маласезійною інфекцією статевих органів. Матеріали і методи. Дослідження проводилося у 124 хворих з ІПСШ з маласезійною інфекцією статевих органів та 108 хворих на ІПСШ групи контролю. Результати та обговорення. У хворих на ІПСШ з супутньою маласезійною інфекцією геніталій мають місце визначені особливості змін клітинного і гуморального імунітету, факторів природної резистентності та рівня цитокінів, що характеризуються певним взаємним зв’язком та взаємною залежністю, мають різний ступінь вираженості та, у значному числі випадків, різну спрямованість змін показників. Ці особливості також пов’язані з визначеними особливостями як клінічних проявів та перебігу маласезійної інфекції, так і проявів урогенітальної патології досліджених хворих. Висновки. Особливості імунних змін у хворих на ІПСШ, поєднаних з маласезійною інфекцією, доцільно в комплексі враховувати при їх курації, розробці та призначенні їм раціональної терапії.Purpouse –-studying the peculiarities of immune changes, changes in indices of natural resistance factors and cytokine levels in men patients with sexually transmitted infection (STI) and malassezial genital infection. Materials and methods. The study has been conducted in 124 patients with STI combined with malasezial genital infection and 108 STI patients of the control group. Results and discussion. Patients with concomitant STI and genitals malasezial infection have had some peculiarities in changes of cellular and humoral immunity factors, factors of natural resistance and cytokine levels, characterized by a certain interconnection and mutual dependence and having varying degrees of severity and, in a significant number of cases, multiple destinations of the change indicators. These peculiarities are also associated with certain features of both clinical manifestations and course of malasezial infection and manifestations of urogenital pathology of studied patients. Resume. It is advisable to take into account fully the peculiarities of immune changes in patients with STI, combined with malasezial infection, during their supervision, development and assignment of rational therapy for them.
