Abstract
The article analyzes the features of coronary artery disease in patients with ischemic heart disease and type 2 diabetes, depending on the number of affected arteries. The data of 101 patients with CHD who were undergoing treatment in the Communal Institution «Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Center for Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery» Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council» at period from 2005 to 2010 were processed. The main group consisted of 46 patients who underwent stenting of spacecraft. The control group consisted of 55 people. The analysis of the characteristics of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary artery disease, depending on the presence of type 2 diabetes. The obtained data on the nature of coronary vascular lesions in patients with coronary artery disease with concomitant type 2 diabetes indicate an unfavorable course of the atherosclerotic process on the background of type 2 diabetes. In the group of patients with coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes, multi-vascular diffuse lesion of the coronary arteries was noted. This article compares the incidence of multivessel patients. : У статті проаналізовано особливості ураження коронарних артерій у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця та діабет другого типу, залежно від кількості уражених артерій. Дані 101 пацієнта з ІХС, які проходили лікування у комунальному закладі «Дніпропетровський обласний клінічний центр кардіології та кардіохірургії »Дніпропетровська обласна рада» за період з 2005 по 2010 рік. Основну групу складали 46 пацієнтів, які перенесли стентування коронарних артерій. Контрольну групу складали 55 осіб. Отримані дані про характер ураження коронарних судин у пацієнтів захворювання коронарних артерій при супутньому діабеті 2 типу вказують на несприятливий перебіг атеросклеротичного захворювання на тлі цукрового діабету 2 типу. У групі хворих на ішемічну хворобу та цукровий діабет 2 типу відмічено багатосудинне дифузне ураження коронарних артерій.
